Brief Item History: This item was originally owned by a regular of The Music Bank. He is quite the collector with a huge amount of items and takes amazing care of all of his guitars, he has just decided to downsize slightly. This item will have been gigged by him in his function band in the North Yorkshire area.
Playability: The action is perfect on this item says Nathan, the Music Banks resident bass player. It feels comfortable in the hand up and down the full neck due to the action being set perfectly for all playing styles, and of course the classic jazz bass neck shape helps with this, with the neck getting narrower the further up you go.
Sound: The item has a great versatile tone for all players. It has stacked precision pickups in the centre to achieve the classic P tone played across all genres throughout history, from funk to classic rock. The jazz pickup at the bridge is great for adding a bit more brightness, treble and twang to the sound, and sounds fantastic for slap bass. These pickups can both be selected, or separated depending on your preference.
Cosmetic: The item has been refinished to a mint green colour. We are unsure as to when this was done during its life pr what the original colour was. The finish looks absolutely brilliant and has been done to an amazing standard. We cannot see a single mark on the item. The item also has Luminlay fret markers to make it easier to see them in the dark.
Electronics: The electronics all work perfectly in this item.
