Mahogany Build - Ideal for Blues and Roots Music
The Tanglewood TWCR O features a body constructed entirely from mahogany, offering a tone that falls on the warmer end of the sonic spectrum. Its hand-selected, genuine mahogany top produces a natural compression, creating strong fundamentals with a clear and direct focus. The Crossroad's genuine mahogany top is paired with mahogany back and sides, adding punchy, woody tones and emphasis to the bass and treble notes. The guitar's all mahogany body also makes the TWCR O highly responsive to slide techniques, roots music, and old-school blues, but will also accommodate a wide variety of picking and strumming techniques with ease.
Mahogany Neck and Techwood Fingerboard
Constructed from mahogany, the guitar's neck offers a quick and dynamic response with added resonance and warmth. Mahogany's nature allows it to respond greatly to a wide variety of playing styles and genres. If you're a blues, roots music, and slide fan, then this is the ideal guitar for improving your style on a budget. The neck is topped with a techwood fingerboard which offers a smooth platform for the left hand whilst enhancing the guitar's overall tone.

With an orchestra sized body, the TWCR O offers great projection and volume with a well-balanced and defined response. The Tanglewood Crossroads also produces a powerful sound that is able to accommodate both picking and strumming with ease.
