This guitar has been listed as B stock due to us finding slight hairline scratching to the finish and a very small ding near the binding on the bottom left of the lower bout on the back of the guitar. We have tried our best to photograph this for you however the mark is so small it will not show up clearly on our camera. The mark is only about 2mm x 2mm. The case has a few marks on it, this has been photographed for you.
The Blood Moon almost needs no introduction, becoming a legend in its own lifetime using one of Indonesia’s finest – but only more recently popularised – tonewoods: Trembesi. Debuted in 2017, both the Blood Moon Venus and Neptune models have excited the more adventurous guitarist ever since with their endless variation of beautiful grain patterns and sweet tonal delivery.
This Faith Neptune design is inspired by Patrick James Eggle's historic 'Saluda' body shape. With its 16" lower bout, we call this body-shape a ‘Baby-Jumbo’. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a powerful delivery without the physical bulk of a full-sized Jumbo. As with many Faith Neptune models, the Blood Moon Neptune features a cutaway, simply easing access to the upper frets.
Trembesi wood has long been sought after by furniture manufacturers for its magnificent beauty and stunning variety of patterns, but we've more recently been persuaded of its tonal capabilities too. A good Trembesi instrument, like Hawaiian Koa, behaves similarly to Mahogany, offering warmth and balance throughout the strings but with the addition of a little more sparkle at the high-end.
This stunning guitar offers a visual treat for you and your audience, with compliments never far away. Whether unplugged or amplified, you’ll also discover an instrument that reliably delivers a balanced tone, perfect for singer-songwriters and strummers.
The special 'Blood Moon' burst finish is enhanced even further by solid flamed maple binding and Ebony fittings.
Amplifying your BloodMoon is simple thanks to the Fishman INK3 preamp and sonicore pickup system. The undersaddle piezo pickup is controlled by a side-mounted, flush-fitting preamp with 3 band EQ and a built-in tuner. The output socket is mounted into the end of the guitar with an ingeniously integrated battery box and separate strap button.
A Faith Hardcase is included with every Faith Blood Moon guitar.
To ensure that your beautiful new instrument is well protected and cared for, your guitar is complete with a woodshell hard case, with padded plush interior. We do recommend that you keep your guitar in the hardcase whenever not in use, although quite why you wouldn't be playing it, we can't imagine!
