The Turner 50 CE combines solid tonewoods selected for their complimentary sounds. The solid mahogany back and sides gives an incredibly warm, full tone and the solid cedar top gives a mellow, nuanced and very responsive finish. This wood combination is ideally suited to the dreadnought body shape with its full bottom end! The colorful midrange from the mahogany & smooth warmth & clarity from the cedar will encourage and inspire your creativity.
Aesthetically, subtlety perhaps best describes the Turner 50 Series. The rich grain of the solid cedar top and caramel mahogany back and sides give these guitars a beautiful vintage look. This is complimented by the classy, minimalist decoration with offset pearl fret markers on the 12th and a stunningly detailed abalone rosette. They have a smooth cutaway for easy easy access to the upper frets. There’s also a Fishman Isys+ under saddle pickup and preamp system (which includes built in guitar tuner), offering a true acoustic tone either in a studio or playing live!
