The R desigination means it features a solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides, paired with a solid sitka spruce top. This is a premium tonewood pairing that creates a much deeper, more complex Overton profile than the standard ovangkol models. Rosewood naturally accentuates the deep, warm bass and the sparkling treble range.
